Draftly

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Draftly, a beta product operated by Ramiro Montiel in Argentina. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service

Draftly is experimental. Features, pricing, credit rules, and availability may change or be discontinued without notice. The service may contain bugs or downtime. You use it at your own risk during this beta period.

Operator

The service is provided by Ramiro Montiel (Argentina), not yet by a registered company. If a legal entity is formed later, these Terms may be updated and users may be notified of the change in operator.

The service

Draftly is an AI email draft generator and productivity tool. You write a bio (and optional CV context); the service generates personalized email drafts from that input and saves them in Gmail for your review. A built-in company search helps you select who each draft is for — a time saver for writing from scratch. It is not a placement, recruitment, marketing platform, or employment agency. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, replies, or any employment outcome.

Accounts

You must sign in with Google and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

Credits and payments

Some actions consume credits from your wallet. Purchases are processed by Creem. Unless required by applicable law or caused by our billing error, credits are non-refundable. If you were charged incorrectly or credits were not delivered due to our fault, contact us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to spam, harass, break laws, infringe others' rights, scrape the service abusively, or attempt to bypass credit limits or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.

AI-generated content

Emails are generated by AI from your inputs. You must review every draft before sending. You are solely responsible for the messages you send from Gmail.

Third-party services

Google (OAuth, Gmail, Places, Gemini), Supabase, Creem, and other providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramiro Montiel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities arising from your use of the beta service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Argentina shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
